Why does the main page take
longer to load than the other pages?
The main page of this website loads slower than the rest for
two reasons. First, the animated navigation bar along the
top of the page is a little bit larger in file size than the
non-animated navigation bars on all the other pages. Secondly,
the department links along the left hand side of the page
load for the first time on the main page. All other pages
can reuse the images loaded by the main page, so it doesn't
take as long.
Who do I contact if I see an
error on a page?
If you find a factual error on one of the tiptonco.com webpages,
send a description of the error, and the correction to: webmaster@tiptonco.com
How do I view PDF documents?
If you click on a link that is a PDF document, and it doesn't
automatically appear, you need to get a PDF document reader
from Adobe by clicking

Why do some links not appear
to be working?
All of the links in this website should be working. If you
find a problem with a link you should send an email to webmaster@tiptonco.com
to help us get it fixed as soon as possible
Why does the printer cut off
part of the page when I print it?
Depending on your printer's capabilities, the website might
be too wide to fit on a single page. Try changing the margins
under "page setup" in your internet browser. If
it still gets cut off on one side, change your print settings
to landscape instead of portrait.
